1. Using Buzzbo (all users)

Buzzbo is a directory of accessibility information provided by businesses and the community. Searching is free and no account is needed. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and not to post abusive, false or infringing content.

2. Accuracy of listings - important

Accessibility details are supplied by providers and community contributors. We review and verify what we can, but we cannot guarantee every detail is accurate or current. Where access is critical to your visit, we recommend confirming directly with the venue. Every listing has a "Report an inaccuracy" button - reports are reviewed by our team, typically within 2 working days.

3. Provider terms

You must be authorised to represent the business you list.
All accessibility information you submit must be accurate and kept up to date. Misleading listings will be removed and may lead to suspension.
Listings are reviewed before going live and after significant edits.
Health-adjacent providers (e.g. personal trainers, therapists) must not claim clinical qualifications through Buzzbo; Buzzbo does not endorse or certify any provider.

4. Reviews and community content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms. Flagged content is reviewed within 5 working days.

5. Liability

Buzzbo provides directory information "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
