Who we are

Buzzbo Ltd ("we", "us") operates buzzbo.co.uk, the UK's accessibility-first directory. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: privacy@buzzbo.co.uk.

What we collect

Account data - name, email address and password when you create an account.
Provider data - business name, contact details, address and accessibility information you submit for a listing.
Usage data - searches, pages visited and device information, collected via analytics (see our cookie policy).
Enquiries and reviews - messages you send to providers and reviews you post.

Why we collect it

We process data to provide the directory service, verify listings, respond to enquiries, improve the platform, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email privacy@buzzbo.co.uk to exercise any right - we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure. A full retention schedule will be published here before launch.
