Fidget and Spin offers welcoming sensory stay-and-play sessions for neurodivergent children aged 1–6 and their families across Brighton & Hove. Created by SEN parents, our sessions provide a safe, relaxed and non-judgemental space where every child is free to play and explore at their own pace. No diagnosis is needed—families awaiting assessment or who simply find mainstream play settings overwhelming are equally welcome. Children can explore three specially designed sensory zones: Wiggle & Bounce for movement and big energy, Snuggle & Chill for quiet time and regulation, and Squish & Squeeze for tactile, hands-on play. while parents and carers can relax, enjoy a free tea or coffee and connect with families who understand. Sessions are pressure-free, accessible and child-led. There is no expectation to join in, sit still or behave in a particular way—your child can simply be themselves.
